Is Dayyani a manufacturer or a machinery broker?+
Dayyani is an industrial manufacturing group. Its machines are designed and manufactured within the main factory and the group’s production facilities.
Where are the factory and central office located?+
The factory is in Abbas Abad Industrial Town, Tehran Province. The central office and showroom are on South Kargar Street in Tehran.
How long does manufacturing take after an order is confirmed?+
Standard orders generally require 30 to 90 working days after the advance payment, depending on the selected machine. Custom projects may require additional time.
What warranty and support are provided?+
New equipment includes a one-year warranty, excluding electrical components, at least 12 years of spare-parts support, and ongoing repair support.
Can Dayyani manufacture a custom machine?+
Yes. Custom engineering and manufacturing are available when a standard machine does not match the required production process or capacity.
Is operator training included?+
Yes. Training during installation covers operation, adjustment, and correct maintenance. Follow-up training can also be arranged when needed.
Are operating manuals and technical drawings supplied?+
Yes. Machines are delivered with operation and maintenance documentation, including electrical, hydraulic, and foundation drawings where applicable.
How can I choose the correct press-brake tonnage?+
Tonnage selection depends on material, thickness, bending length, V-die opening, and bend radius. Dayyani’s technical team can calculate the suitable capacity from these inputs.
